CEBU CITY, Philippines -- After setting a record last year as the youngest boy to swim across the Mactan Channel, six-year-old Justin Junio set another record Thursday by swimming almost nonstop a 10-kilometer course on the Hilutungan Channel between Mactan and Hilutungan islands in Cebu province. |
