| 24 schools in ’07 DACS Sportsfest |

Some 24 schools are currently seeing action in the 2007 Davao Association of Colleges and Schools (DACS) Sportsfest which opened yesterday at the Philippine Women’s College covered court. No less than Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Chairman William Ramirez came as the guest speaker in the grand opening rites that welcomed the participating schools joined by PWC VP and Chief Operating Officer Amelia Bonifacio and DACS Executive Director Jimmie Loe-dela Vega. Seeing action in the sportsfest which will wrap up on October are AMA Computer College, Assumption Academy of Nabunturan, Assumption College of Davao, Ateneo de Davao University, Brokenshire College, Brokenshire College of Torl, Cor Jesu College, Holy Cross Academy of Digos, Holy Cross Academy of Sasa, Holy Cross of Agdao, Holy Cross of Bunawan, Holy Cross College of Calinan, Holy Cross of Davao College, Holy Cross of Mintal, John Paul II College of Davao, Our Lady of Fatima Academy, Rogationist Academy, St. Mary’s College of Tagum, San Pedro College, St. Peter College of Toril, Stella Maris Academy of Davao, University of Immaculate Conception, University of the Philippines-Mindanao and host Philippine Women’s College.
