Pacquiao next fight at Planet Hollywood?

There’s a new time and place being considered for Manny Pacquiao’s next fight, which is most likely the one against Venezuelan knockout artist Edwin Valero.

Top Rank big boss and Pacquiao promoter Bob Arum has filed an application with the Nevada State Athletic Commission to promote the fight on Nov. 15.

According to boxingconfidential.com, Arum has placed Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas as possible site, and not in Houston as previously reported.

It was also reported a few weeks ago, right after Pacquiao demolished David Diaz in Las Vegas, that the Filipino superstar’s next fight will be on Nov. 8.

A report that came out yesterday said it was Keith Keizer, executive director of the NSAC, who confirmed Arum’s application with the state’s governing body.

It came a bit of a surprise that Arum made the application to promote the fight in Nevada when Valero is not allowed, not yet at least, to fight there
