Trailing for most of the second and third quarters, the Bidang Generix slowly chopped the lead in the fourth period to move closer to the franchise's first-ever finals appearance. Pharex now leads the best-of-five semis series, 2-1. Chris Ross, who suffered from stomach flu in the first two games, led the way for the Bidang Generix in another flawless game. Ross had another all-around performance in a near triple-double of 21 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists in 40 minutes of action. Francis Allera provided scoring support with 14 points for while Ronnie Matias and Ian Saladaga added 13 and 10 markers. James Sena paced the Hair Doctors’ scoring with 20 points while Josh Vanlandingham tallied 16 more. Former UAAP most valuable player Jervy Cruz contributed 14 markers. Games Thursday |
